Norwich Yoga Festival offers a grazing board of wellness, allowing you to test and taste your way around Norfolk and Suffolk’s incredible teachers, practitioners and small businesses.

  • Who doesn’t love an activity when meeting up with friends? There’s nothing like sweating, flowing, eating and chatting together to help build deeper connections

  • Coming up with date ideas can be tricky sometimes, so here’s a fantastic way to connect with your partner. It might be yoga, it might be dance. You might get sweaty in the Fit Tent together, but whatever you choose, you know you’ll laugh, eat and connect.

  • Being self employed or running a business can be hard and isolating work. Burn out, lack of inspiration and the daily rollercoasters of emotions are common.

    Here’s a day, for you to find you, down regulate, get inspired and slow down.

  • The Festival is an incredible place to get you started. NYF has a huge selection of health and wellbeing experiences that you can try, so when it comes to making a decision on your wellbeing journey. You have some idea where to begin. It’s so easy to feel bombarded on the ‘best way’ to start getting healthier, both in the mind and body. So we hope the Festival makes the choice a little easier.
