    Join a run around Whitlingham Lake, all paces welcome, and kick start your day with fresh air, movement and nature.

    Zumba With Asha

    9:50-10:30am

    For NYF this year I will lead a dynamic and empowering 40 minute Zumba class in the Fit Tent.

    It will be suitable for all levels including beginners- no prior dance experience is necessary!

    In fact I highly encourage you to join me whether you’re a zumba regular, seasoned kitchen dancer, or a complete movement newbie.

    It does not matter as long as we are having fun and you leave sweating and smiling :) Bring plenty of water and wear comfortable clothing you can sweat in.

    I look forward to dancing with you!

    hOMies is a fun and inclusive yoga social club run by Mica. Offering workshops that focus on deepening your practice by deep diving into different postures, and playing with those poses through partner work. We’re making yoga social!

    Victoria Rose Pilates

    Classical Mat Pilates - 12:20-1:00pm

    Victoria’s class will be a fun, powerful insight in the Classical Pilates method. Using the Classical Matwork exercises she will deliver a high energy class that will encourage simultaneous stretch and strength, leading to a better aligned and connected body. Classical Pilates is a proven system of exercises where you learn to develop a deeper understanding of how your body can move with ease and flow. When practiced regularly you will build the body uniformly, giving you more energy in your day to day and a feeling of zest and vigour for life!

    You can find Victoria at her studio ‘Victoria Rose Pilates Studio’ just west of Norwich, in the Bowthorpe Employment Area. Where you can learn the full method including use of the apparatus such as Reformer, Towers and so much more!

    Rope Fit @ 1:10-1:50pm

    Rope Flow Foundations is a beginner-friendly introduction to rope flow, a movement practice that uses a weighted rope to develop coordination, rhythm, and mobility through circular patterns. The session focuses on building a solid foundation, helping participants understand timing, control, and flow in a simple and accessible way.

    During the class, we will cover key patterns and drills that can be developed into a consistent practice, whether for general fitness, movement quality, or as a complementary tool alongside other training.

    Rope flow is low impact, engaging, and suitable for a wide range of abilities, making it an effective way to improve coordination and overall resilience.

    I currently teach rope flow workshops across East Anglia, working with small groups in gyms and studios to introduce the practice and help people build confidence with the rope.

    I own Inspire Personal Training Studio - a female friendly, not judgemental space offering 30 classes per week - most people join for the gym, but then stay for the most wonderful community!

    Beginner AcroYoga

    Yoga with Jaime - 2:50-3:30pm

    Come fly with us! This beginner acroyoga session is all about building connections and trust, and challenging yourself to do something new and different! Partner up and learn poses like L-basing, whale, front bird, throne (and maybe even a side star!) in a supportive and safe environment. This workshop is family-friendly and open to all levels.  

    Weekly AcroYoga classes available at the Oak Circus, and vinyasa classes in Yoga Tree. Acroyoga Jams coming up soon so stay tuned!

    Norwich Latin Dance

    Dance the day away @ 4:30-5:10pm

    Hola! We're Jack and Marwa, co-founders of Norwich Latin Dance. We teach and perform all over Norfolk and London but primarily we are based in Norwich.

    We're really excited to bring our passion to the Norwich Yoga Festival - we're going to be bringing you Bachata from the Dominican Republic with a fusion of Brazilian Zouk. These two styles come together to create a very smooth dance where the energy flows from one movement to another in beautiful circular patterns.

    You don't need any prior knowledge or dance experience, wear whatever you're comfortable in and be prepared to connect with each other, yourselves and the music, see you soon!
