Meet the Teachers

  • People practicing yoga in a dimly lit studio with purple and pink lighting, stretching on yoga mats with blocks, in a room with curved, colorful walls.

    Hotpod Yoga Norwich

    Hotpod Flow - 9:00-9:40am

Introducing you to the Hotpod Flow.

Kelly will take you through the traditional Hotpod Flow; a Vinyasa style class suitable for all abilities, including the complete beginner.

This class uses urban-chill beats and the rhythmic linking of postures to transport you to a flow like state.

Although we can't bring the Hotpod... the sun will be sure to get our temperatures sizzling!

  • Five women standing outdoors on grass, smiling and laughing, with green trees in the background, dressed in white casual clothing.

    Waveney Flow

    Joyful Flow - 9:50-10:30am

This is yoga with joy dialled all the way up! Energising movement, plenty of giggles, and full permission to be a bit silly on your mat. We’re all about playful flow, the kind that welcomes the wobbles, and grants you freedom to let go and let loose!

Reconnect with your inner child, the part of you that loves to move freely, laugh loudly, and forget what things are supposed to look like. No pressure, no perfection, no jargon, just joyful movement and a chance to feel good in your body, exactly as it is.

  • Za Yoga

    Ashtanga -10:40-11:20am

Ashtanga links breath with movement in a continuous flow. Directing attention to your breath and postural movement builds body awareness and focuses your mind - a true moving meditation. Ashtanga starts with sun salutations to warm up and ground the body then moves to a standing sequence, seated sequence and then finishing sequence.

We will be moving through the primary series which typically lasts 90 minutes, so this class is going to provide you with all the highlights from the standing and seated sections of the sequence so you can get a real taste for this beautiful practice.

I’m excited to share this incredible practice with you!

  • Three women standing together outdoors, smiling and enjoying each other's company, in front of a house with a tiled roof.

    Rocket - 12:20-1:10pm

At the festival, I will be teaching Rocket Yoga, which is a dynamic, fast-paced style derived from Ashtanga Yoga. known as "The Rocket" because it gets you there faster, offering strength, flexibility, inversions, arm balances and a lot fun!

I currently teach at various studios in London. I work for the biggest chain of studios in the city – MoreYoga – as well as various independent studios. I like my classes to be challenging whilst being fun at the same time. I also encourage my students to consider the anatomy and alignment of their bodies and to leave my classes feeling nourished – physically and mentally.
