Tess and the Team from NYC studio will be opening the festival with a vinyasa flow which is a little bit left of centre, a little anarchic, and a whole lot of fun!

Designed to make you sway like the currents in the sea, breath like the rolling waves and set you free like a surfer cruising the line, you could call it M’Ocean Yoga! We love moving like this and we can’t wait to share it with you, so see you there Yogis!

    Love Team NYC
