    Tess and the Team from NYC studio will be opening the festival with a vinyasa flow which is a little bit left of centre, a little anarchic, and a whole lot of fun!

    ​Designed to make you sway like the currents in the sea, breath like the rolling waves and set you free like a surfer cruising the line, you could call it M’Ocean Yoga! We love moving like this and we can’t wait to share it with you, so see you there Yogis!

    In this Classical Mat Pilates class with Lauren and the team from Pilates East.

    You will strengthen, stretch and move with intention and control. We will work through some of the Matwork repertoire created by Joseph Pilates to give you a full body workout that will challenge your physically, increase body awareness and highlight the importance of precision and breath.

    ​ Suitable for Beginners and experienced Pilates practitioners.

    Hotpod Yoga Norwich

    10:40-11:20am

    Introducing you to the Hotpod Flow.

    Kelly will take you through the traditional Hotpod Flow; a Vinyasa style class suitable for all abilities, including the complete beginner.

    This class uses urban-chill beats and the rhythmic linking of postures to transport you to a flow like state.

    Although we can't bring the Hotpod... the sun will be sure to get our temperatures sizzling!

    David Harvey Yoga

    11:30-12:10pm

    David runs all his classes from his successful studio situated on the Norfolk and Suffolk border.

    With countryside views as far as the eye can see, the space, and his teaching style, allows his students to go deep into their practice. His teaching style is encouraging and inclusive, with a touch of cheeky challenge on the side.

    David is bringing his signature Hatha Flow style to the main stage of NYF. This class will be open to all levels including brave beginners – Yoga is for everybody after all!


    Think of it as a slow Vinyasa Flow style practice – lots of yummy movement and breath-work, we may even have a giggle or 2 along the way!

    We will move through yoga and dance inspired movements to some country classics and modern-day country hits! Expect to channel your inner cowgirl, flowing, grape-vineing, thigh slapping, laughing and maybe even singing along.
