    Leaping Hare Therapies

    Drumming Circle - 11:30-12:10pm

Join the Leaping Hare Drum Circle as we experience the transformative power of the drum. The beat of the heart is the first sound we hear, and it awakens something primal in us. Drums were the first instruments that our ancestors made, and they used them to create community and connection through shared drumming.

Science shows that drumming is a powerful tool for healing and personal growth.

It’s been shown to calm the mind and relax the body, and it helps us connect to our inner world in the same way as meditation. When we drum together, something magical happens – our brain waves synchronise, and we find ourselves held in a shared moment and in the power of shared rhythm and connection.

If you have a drum, please bring it – all drums welcome! I will have drums and other percussion available to borrow on the day.

No experience or musical knowledge required – this isn't a musical workshop and there are no beats or rhythms to follow – just follow your instinct and drum like no one is watching!

    Amy D'Sa Therapy & Meditation

Steady as the Trees, Alive as the Earth: A Woodland Meditation - 12:20-1:00pm.

This meditation is a heart invitation to explore the themes of steadiness and aliveness whilst being held by and in the woodland space.

Meditating in nature is the perfect gift we can offer ourselves at times when we may feel full, overwhelmed or uncertain. This meditation is all about inviting in steadiness and grounding as well as exploring the truth of aliveness inside and around us which becomes more available when we feel more centred and present.

I will be guiding you with invitations for gentle mindful movement, connection to the breath and self-enquiry all woven into a powerful 40-minute guided meditation.

    Yoga & Ayurveda With Ivana

Natural Skin Care – Beauty the Ayurvedic Way - 1:10-1:50pm

Discover the art of natural skin care with Ivana, guided by the wisdom of Ayurveda. This workshop highlights how simple, natural ingredients - herbs, spices, oils, and homemade masks can nourish and protect the skin, promoting a radiant, healthy glow. Participants will also learn about Ayurvedic self-care practices, including abhyanga, the traditional oil massage that supports circulation, detoxification, skin vitality, and nervous system regulation.

Ivana will share how herbs and oils can be selected for different skin types, and how natural cleansers, moisturisers, and masks can be incorporated into daily routines. While glowing skin is influenced by inner balance, this talk emphasises practical, easy-to-follow approaches for caring for your skin naturally and mindfully.

Ivana teaches at Happy Om Studio and offers classes and private consultations through her practice, Yoga & Ayurveda with Ivana, helping students walk the path of balance and holistic well-being through natural, time-tested methods.

  • Coaching With Iga

Creative Workshop: Portrait Party - 2:00-2:40pm

Hi, I’m Iga, a registered mental health nurse and an illustrator, combining both practices to create playful, creative wellbeing workshops. My work focuses on using art as a tool to support mental health, encourage people to reconnect with their creativity, reduce stress, and rediscover the importance of play in everyday life.

At this year’s festival, I’ll be leading the Portrait Party, a fun and inclusive workshop where we’ll create portraits of each other using simple but imaginative techniques. No artistic experience is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to explore. The session is open to both adults and children, offering a light-hearted space to connect, create, let go of perfection and connect with each other!

We are all creative you don’t need to be an artist to take part. Just bring your yoga mat, an open mind, and a sense of play. Art materials will be provided.
