    Reimagining the Menopause

    Reimagining the Menopause, Revealing the Self - 9:50- 10:30am

    The menopause is not simply the end of a woman’s reproductive life — it is the beginning of a profound journey toward wholeness. In this talk, we will explore the menopause as a bio-cultural, emotional, and spiritual transformation that encompasses the full arc from perimenopause, through menopause, and into post-menopause — the Second Spring.

    This journey, shaped by powerful hormonal shifts in both brain and body, invites us to move inward — to rest, reflect, and renew. Through the lens of the Menopause Yoga method, created by Petra Coveney and informed by the teachings of Geeta Iyengar, Judith Hanson Lasater, Suza Francina, and others, we will explore how embodied practices support us through this transition with self-acceptance and strength.

    The menopause is not a medical problem to be fixed — it is a sacred rite of passage. Informed by the wisdom of Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Indigenous worldviews that honour post-menopausal women as wise healers, we will reimagine this phase of life as a time of revelation — when our true self is no longer hidden, but compassionately and powerfully revealed.

    Energetic Alchemy – Master Your Frequency to Elevate Your Life - 11:30-12:10pm

    This workshop will be looking at how everything is made up of energy, learning about our own biofeld, how our energetic body works, tuning into our own energy and daily practices to clear, protect and elevate our frequency. This taster hour will allow people to gain some practical tools and tips around working with and managing their own energetic biofield to help them improve their mood and daily life.

    I am also going to be teaching this workshop in person and online very soon.

    Explore how nurturing your digestion can support balance and nourish daily life.

    Join Faye for a nourishing workshop inspired by her recent homestay in Sri Lanka. Grounded in Ayurvedic wisdom, this offering reveals how digestion is traditionally viewed as the foundation for wellbeing, energy and vitality. This workshop offers a gentle introduction to these Ayurvedic principles, along with inspiration for simple, time-tested practices that can be woven into daily life to cultivate greater awareness and connection with digestion and food choices. Discover traditional uses of kitchen cupboard spices and explore how food and mindful eating can support balance in both body and mind. 

    Perfect for anyone curious about Ayurveda, and those looking to feel more inspired to cook!

    Meditating with mother earth and connecting to our inner resources - 2:00-2:40pm

    Amy will be offering a grounding and invitation meditation in the beautiful woodland. 

    Amy is passionate about offering spaces that support people to develop a deeper and more loving relationship with themselves as well as feeling a greater sense of belonging to community and the natural world. In this meditation, Amy will guide you with invitations to connect to mother nature as well as your inner landscape. 

    When holding space Amy welcomes you to bring yourself just as you are. She draws on her life experience, years of personal meditation practice and training [including as a Clinical Psychologist]. 

    Amy is passionate about working with people in community spaces and holds meditation classes, regular sacred circles (The Present Hearts Circle) as well as offers 1:1 therapy in the Norwich area. More information about Amy’s offerings can be found on her socials and website.

    We are surrounded by incredible beauty in the natural world, but so often we don’t see or appreciate what is right in front of us. By taking time to give our attention to nature, we may find that there is an invitation, or message, just for us to explore. In this workshop, we will take time to connect to the trees and natural treasures in our woodland, opening ourselves up to receiving guidance. A beautiful opportunity to pause, connect and discover.
