Meet the Zen Teachers

  • A woman in athletic clothing sitting cross-legged on grass, smiling, outdoors with dense tree foliage behind her. There is a decorative art piece of geometric shapes with circular metallic designs and the text 'Waveney Flow Yoga for Real People' overlayed on the image.

    Waveney Flow

    Beginners Yoga: 9:00-9:40am

Yoga for Real People, it isn’t about perfect poses or serious faces, it’s about moving, laughing, and welcoming those wobbles. This is vinyasa with a twist: less about getting it “right” and more about enjoying yourself along the way. Whether you’ve never done yoga before, can’t touch your toes, or just want a class that doesn’t take itself too seriously - you’re in the right tent. We’ll flow, shake, giggle, and breathe. Come as you are, creaky joints, jiggle tummies, wobbly tree poses, and all. You’ll leave feeling like your body’s had a good reset and your brain a little holiday.

Quantum Healing Yoga Nidra: 9:50- 10:30am

With a similar ethos to my ‘Release the past’ yoga Nidra from NYF 2024, Christie will guide you into your subconscious mind through a meditative state. In contrast to RTP which takes you on a journey through your life & back to the soul essence, this Quantum Healing Nidra allows us to break the barriers of time itself to visit past versions of ourselves with our consciousness, to hold space, to offer love & to leave insights of wisdom.

This Nidra facilitates a deep level of healing for those ready to dive into their ascension journey. This restful offering will help you to find peace and acceptance with where you have been and where you are now, to allow space for a positive outlook to where you are headed next.

Christie teaches weekly Vinyasa classes in Bungay, Beccles & Pakefield. She also hosts regular rituals, workshops & retreats aligning to cosmic events.Available, Dianna has found that Soul-care is exactly what we need to feel whole and move through the world as the truest version of ourselves.

    Liv To Move

    Yoga With Lucy

    Sound Bath: 11:30-12:10pm

Immerse yourselves in the heavenly enchanting world of sound where sacred musical instruments will be played over and around you offering powerful restorative sensations!

The ambient alchemy of sound I offer is with Gongs, Tingsha Bells, Himalayan Bowls, Rain Sticks, Koshi Chimes, Native American Drums and various percussion instruments that invite our bodies to raise our vibrations energetically to different pure cleansing frequencies bringing about bliss, calm and peace.

You may dream, go on a journey or simply enjoy a grounding relaxing rest. Sound healing has been used throughout History helping to hold us as we are in the present moment, facing what is, allowing us to come inward, tune in to receive, deeper meditative states, ways of being and connections.

    Pip Raine

    Breath Work: 12:20-1:00pm

Pip will firstly guide you into your body and grounding with a short felt-sense meditation. You will experience yourself from connecting and getting curious, turning all the senses on - felt, audio, visual, touch, smell, intuitive. Into exploring breathwork tools to see how they feel in your body with your unique nervous system. You can take the breath tools away and use them for everyday  life experiences, what you need on the day (pop them in your breath medicine bag.)

Followed by a short shake and expressive movement for a little stimulation to prep the body ~ segueing into a mini conscious connected Breathwork journey. We will be using a circular breath to untangle and release any tension/holding in your inner landscape, as we open up to gently allow more life force and love into the body/mind/spirit. Breathing into our whole selves, noticing any messages from the body and intuition. Celebrating your Soulsome self! Whilst balancing being and doing, yin and yang.

The breath is magic to ground us and reach to the cosmos whilst supporting us through our life’s journey.

Pip is still relatively new to Norwich and step by step finding her feet.
