What to expect…

  • Come alone and experience a day doing exactly what you desire. Discover what movement, learning, food and quiet spaces can do to help you wind down and reconnect.

  • Who doesn’t love an activity when meeting up with friends? There’s nothing like sweating, flowing, eating and chatting together to help build deeper connections.

  • Being self employed or running a business can be hard and isolating work. Burn out, lack of inspiration and the daily rollercoasters of emotions are common.

  • The Festival is an incredible place to get you started. NYF has a huge selection of health and wellbeing experiences that you can try, so when it comes to making a decision on your wellbeing journey. You have some idea where to begin. It’s so easy to feel bombarded on the ‘best way’ to start getting healthier, both in the mind and body. So we hope the Festival makes the choice a little easier.

  • Summer Holidays have arrived and here’s the perfect family event. With Family tickets offering discounts the Norwich Yoga Festival doesn’t break the bank either.

    Get the kids to try out all sorts of movement and wellbeing, enjoy the great outdoors, delicious food, and classes for the grown ups too.

Applications to teach or be a part of the Marketplace at Norwich Yoga Festival 2027 are now open.

There is no guarantee of reply to your application, and due to the application process there can be a long delay between application and confirmation of success, but we’re starting earlier this year to help speed this process up.

We’ve tried to make it as simple as possible. So once you have your ticket, all the classes on the stages and in the tents are included. Offering over 50 classes for you or your family to get involved in.

    11:30am class is a silent disco style meditation and you will need to book.
