Reiki and Reading
Dianna will be offering Mini Reiki & Reading Sessions throughout the day of the festival.
Reiki is a healing technique to activate the natural healing processes of the body and restore emotional well-being. We'll also explore what messages you have from Spirit with an intuitive reading. Our intention is to hold space for messages of healing and growth. Readings include chakra-based, empathic, and intuitive elements. Psychic or mediumistic messages come through to support the intention we set for our work, together.

Norfolk Soul
Fancy trying one of the oldest healing modalities you’ve probably never heard of
Rooted in the principles of Chinese medicine, ear seeds are an acupressure tool that supports a wide range of health concerns. They can promote restful sleep, enhance emotional well-being, help you relax, and boost focus, energy levels, vitality, and even digestive function.
The seeds themselves are tiny metallic beads attached to the ear with medical-grade adhesive, placed on specific reflex points on the ear—essentially a microsystem of the entire body.
Stimulating these points can help in activating the vagus nerve, which in turn stimulates the brain and nervous system, promoting relaxation and balance and helping with certain conditions.Think of it like reflexology, but for your ear! And, as a bonus, the metallic beads resemble ear jewellery, so your treatment looks good too!
Dawn Kendall Massage
Dawn will be offering moments of calm, a chance for your body and brain to reset during the festival day. With a couple of mini aromatherapy massage options to chose from, you’ll be sure to find what you are craving, whether you want to feel relaxed, uplifted, energised or balanced. Following the treatment, you will be sent away with the rest of your custom blend to enjoy in your own time.
Dawn is a massage specialist with an array of qualifications behind her. The ethos of Dawn Kendall Wellness is to use massage not only to affect the muscles, but to stimulate the bodies parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation, stress relief and self-healing. Aromatherapy massage uses personalised blends of essential oils, harnessing the power of plants for their therapeutic benefits. These highly aromatic oils are easily absorbed into the body via the skin and lungs and are believed to affect the body on all levels - physically, mentally and emotionally.

Victoria Rose Pilates
Victoria Rose Pilates Studio is a newly opened fully equipped Classical Pilates Studio situated west of Norwich city on the Bowthorpe Employment Area.
Our studio offers group sessions in Reformer, Matwork and Barre along with private tuition for the full studio experience. We pride ourselves on delivering high quality hands on teaching of the Classical Pilates method, ensuring you not only understand how to safely use the studio apparatus but that you understand what it means to truly embody the Pilates method. Norwich Food Bank
We are here for short-term crisis relief. Relying on the generosity of the community, we are currently most in need of: long-life milk (UHT), soup (tinned/cuppa), tinned meat, shower gel and deodorant. We are well stocked with baked beans, cereal, pasta, sanitary towels thank you!
We also are grateful for financial donations; details of how to give can be found on our website -norwich.foodbank.org.uk
We work in partnership with other agencies to contribute towards resolving households' underlying circumstances so they will no longer need to use a food bank.

Lions Den
We’ll be bringing a slice of the Lions’ Den to Norwich Yoga Festival – a calm, cosy space to sit down with a coffee, and find a moment of stillness amongst a fun-packed day.
Lions’ Den is a wellbeing space in the heart of Norwich offering sauna, cold plunge, paddle boarding, and great coffee – all built around connection, community, and feeling good in your body. At the festival, we’ll have a few discount codes for sessions back at the Den, plus some merch if you fancy it. But mostly, we’re just here to hold space and say hello.

I Am The Storm Yoga
I am the storm is a not-for-profit fitness and wellness studio based at the breathtaking Letheringsett Watermill near Holt in North Norfolk — a working watermill, surrounded by wildflower meadows, the River Glaven, and a growing community of small, soulful small businesses. It’s a truly magical space where you might practice yoga as the mill shudders to life, take a sauna under the open sky, or cool off in the river after class.
We offer yoga, strength classes, deep tissue massage, wood-fired sauna sessions in a converted horsebox, monthly retreat days, and (soon!) wild swimming. We’re completely non-profit and everything we do supports local charities and good causes.

Murtle And Thyme
The beauty of Earth is the inspiration of my work, each piece being one of a kind just like so many things in nature. I hand draw using the sgraffito technique and feel the lines create a flow that transfers my energy into each piece. I often watch people pick things up and are unable to part with them. I feel my work is a gateway - it’s a realising or a deepening need to reconnect and allow ourselves to feel our way back into understanding ourselves as nature.
