Chi Connection YogaRelease the past Yoga Nidra:
In this session, Christie will guide you through her Yoga Nidra to release the past. You will enter a deep meditative yogic sleep as you journey through your life. Following the theme of this year’s Norwich Yoga Festival, ‘Escape’, we will use this meditation to escape the prisons that our minds can sometimes create for us through our own perceived reality accumulated by lived experiences, identity and limiting beliefs. This restful offering will help you to find peace and acceptance with where you have been and where you are now, to allow space for a positive outlook to where you are headed next. |
"So Happy I got to come to the Festival. Grateful for a lovely day, peaceful, relaxing.”
