EmpowHERFull Body Workout:
Join us for an energising full body workout, consisting of both strength & conditioning elements working all parts of your body to leave you feeling strong! The workout will include components of resistance training, including the use of resistance bands & free weights - if you've had experience with weight training before then this is a bonus, but not a requirement. We hope you can join us for what is set to be a fun and empowering workout! |
AshaZumba:
Zumba is a group movement fitness class inspired by latin rhythms such as salsa and reggaeton. Whilst it is a workout, it feels like a dance party! The choreography is simple and easy to follow and there are numerous benefits such as cardiovascular, full body toning, releasing stress, gaining confidence, and most importantly having fun. This year I will lead a dynamic and empowering 40 minute class in the Fit Tent. It is suitable for all levels including beginners and prior dance experience isn’t necessary. In fact I highly encourage you to come join me whether you’re a zumba regular or a complete newbie. Bring plenty of water and wear comfortable clothing you can sweat in. I look forward to dancing with you!

Ecstatic DanceDance with Danielle Mae - an ecstatic dance facilitator and dj who's blend of sacred sounds and funky mix's get you dropping out of your heads and into your bodies. Ecstatic dance takes you on an inner journey using music as the guide to allow you to connect to deeper parts of yourselves through movement and expression. Expect to feel and give yourself permission to express through the wisdom of your body and allow yourself to be fully immersed in the magic of music and the connection that it cultivates from within.
Danielle Mae hosts sober women's ecstatic dances that give women a safe space to explore themselves through movement. The classes are aimed at cultivating connection within through consciously curating playlists that speak to the deeper parts of ourselves that are being called to express. |
