Join me on a gentle nasal run, to learn about how challenging your breath through nasal breathing whilst doing low to moderate intensity exercise, can skyrocket your performance in all areas of your fitness. Through incorporating a breathing challenge, even the lightest physically demanding session can be made to create vast physiological and psychological adaptation. |
