The workshop will cover identifying stressors, learning tools to build resilience, and practice some grounding techniques. All of the tools shared will focus on how to apply this to yourself or to help someone else.
The workshop will be self-reflective and will only ask for participation should people want to. The main aim will be to leave the session knowing a bit more about ourselves mentally and what we can do to support ourselves when needed. |
