Replay Run Club

Replay Run Club is a weekly Norwich based gathering, but on Saturday 2nd August they’re starting from Norwich Yoga Festival.

Getting out in nature, moving your body and sharing those endorphins is a great way to kick off your date day together.

It really doesn’t matter about your paces, running ability or experience. Replay will look after you.

Find Replay Run Club at the Fit Tent at 9am, you’ll start and end your run there.

Meet Dave

David Harvey Yoga brings a wonderful light Hatha Flow. Perfect for any level of yogi and a wonderful space to have a giggle.

Climate Change Resilience

Create new ideas together, build positive change, embrace new ways of thinking.

Join Victoria in the Guest Speaker tent and through Psychology, you can learn to build a Resilient Mindset to engage in the Climate Challenge.

Fitness FUN

Pad and glove work with Hustle, learn the boxing basics and work up a sweat.

Boxing is naturally a sport done in twos, and Hustle can teach you how to use boxing as a way to connect and work as a team.

Every one loves food on a date, so why not hit up the food trucks after a morning packed full of all things fitness and movement.

Pokenom offers a delicious menu of health and nourishing Poke bowls which will leave even the biggest appetites satiated.

    Whether you’ve done it before or you’re brand new to dance Norwich Latin Dance make the experience fun and accessible.

    Is there anything more romantic than Latin Dance? We’re inclined to say no. Give it a go, step out of your comfort zone and into your dancing shoes.
