Here’s all you need to know, all we need from you! And the next steps.

Please upload the following documents if you're a vendor without food offerings: 

  • Your insurance certificate with £5 million Public Liability cover (which needs to be valid at time of the festival, if it renews between now and the festival please send in your new certificate when you receive it)

  • A png file of your logo. 

  • A picture of you/ your wears (ideally both) for social media and the website. (2-5 pictures please)

  • A brief outline about your business, and what you'll be offering on the day and how to book it if required (for both social media and the website) 100-200 words.

  • Please make sure your name or your business name is clear on all the uploaded file names

By clicking the button below, you’ll be taken to Google Drive, there you’ll find a file with your/business name on, please upload your files into the relevant folder.

Ideally we need these within 7 days of confirming your space via phone call or email.

Food Vendor Info:

If you are serving FOOD or drinks we will require the following AS WELL as the Pictures and logo etc: 

  • The council you're registered with for food safety, and proof of their latest inspection and rating

  • A copy of their public liability insurance (minimum of £10M and in date at time of the event)

  • Copies of your food safety risk assessment

  • Copies of your Fire safety risk assessments

  • Copies of your health and safety risk assessment, including COVID 19 risk
    assessment

  • Copies of your Gas and electric safety checks, which should have been done
    in the last 12 months

  • Please confirm you have a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket, and
    extinguishers should have been checked and certified in the last 12 months.

Finally…

Last step to confirm your Vendor Stall at NYF 25. Follow the link below to pay for your vendor spot, then all is confirmed.

Once paid, drop us an email and we'll see you your invoice and a Promo Pack, which includes your discount code to share with your audience and other helpful information on getting the most out of your festival experience.

NYF will contact you one month ahead of the Festival with all the information that you need for the day. But if you have any content you'd like us to post do get in touch via email and we'll love to hear from you.
