Congratulations!

Congratulations on your successful application to be a part of the Norwich Yoga Festival.

Please upload the following documents so we can get you on the website and announced on the line up:

• Your insurance certificate with £5 million Public Liability cover (which needs to be valid at time of the festival, if it renews between now and the festival please send in your new certificate when you receive it)

• First Aid Certificate

• A png file of your logo. 

• A picture of you! Ideally of your face (people buy into the person) for social media and the website. (2-5 pictures please, ideally recent shots)

• A brief outline about the class you are offering at the festival and where you teach now (for both social media and the website) 100-200 words.

• Please make sure your name or your business name is clear on all the uploaded file names.

• Please state the name of the class you're teaching at the festival 

• Please state the name/business name you'd like us to use for you on social media and the website 

• Please confirm your instagram handle (the @joeblogs) 

• Please confirm your business website (we want to add links to it)
