Entrepreneur Escape
Hey fellow entrepreneurs…
Yeah, I feel you. Some days it’s really tough, some days it’s energy up, sometimes it’s so down even the idea of opening an email is too much.
A gentle reminder that we wear many hats, and that constant shift from working in the business to on the business, or from marketing to accounts. It takes its toll.
So here is a day just for you; my wonderful companions in this world of self employed. Please know NYF will always have a place for you. To come and escape, to come and reconnect, to come and find that passion. I hope, truly, this helps you feel a little more you.
Below, you’ll find a curated selection of classes and experiences that I’m pretty sure, would help me feel a lot better!
Love and light, always

Let’s Wind Down
Join Yoga with Lucy for her beautiful Sound bath. Lay back, relax, let the sounds wash over you and bring you out of the day to day.
It can be challenging to stop thinking, but there’s something wonderfully captivating about a sound bath. The sounds pull you from your thoughts and allow you to settle in a place of quiet, a place where the thoughts might, for 5 minutes, pause.

Time to look after you

Discover traditional uses of kitchen cupboard spices and explore how food and mindful eating can support balance in both body and mind.
