More to come…

The Q&A returns to Community Corner.

This year our panel is made up of 3 incredible small business owners. Each with their own journey from corporate to becoming an entrepreneur.

This Q&A is perfect for those looking to carve their own path into the world of self employed. For those already running a business but feel:

  • The struggle of working alone

  • The desire to do it all

  • Burn out is inevitable or already there

  • That focus is elusive and balance impossible

  • That the to do list runs their life and there’s no escape

Come ask your burning questions in a safe space, where everyone around you feels the same, has been through it or is going through it too.

    Jan Roberts

From Survival to Sustained Success - 12:20-1:00pm

Founder of Neuromind, Jan, will be speaking in the Community Corner about the realities of being a neurodivergent woman in business, including practical strategies for managing energy, reducing overwhelm, recognising personal strengths, and building more sustainable ways of working.

From classical ballet dancer to business owner, it hasn’t been a linear journey. Jan will be sharing some of the humour, challenges, and unexpected insights that have shaped that path, and hopefully offering reassurance that even when life feels like swimming against the tide, the very traits you may have struggled with can also become some of your greatest strengths.
