Rozzy YogaVinyasa Flow yoga sequence focuses on poses linked together to form one fluid sequence of movement and aligning your breath with your intention.
Creating a moving meditation will help quiet the mind and allow you to focus inward. In this way, Vinyasa helps you connect the body and mind, calms the nervous system and can help relieve stress and anxiety. |
Chameleon Yoga
Experience the grounding and nurturing energy of the Earth with our Earth Elemental Yoga class. This class focuses on soft, relaxing and grounding poses to connect you to the earth element, followed by a guided meditation to help you find inner peace and tranquillity.
When we connect to the earth we connect to stillness, and when we find stillness we can go deeper into ourselves. We can see just how strong and beautiful we really are. The class will be slow and simple so anyone can feel comfortable joining. |
Pilates EastIn this Classical Mat Pilates class with Lauren from Pilates East.
You will strengthen, stretch and move with intention and control. We will work through some of the Matwork repertoire created by Joseph Pilates to give you a full body workout that will challenge your physically, increase body awareness and highlight the importance of precision and breath. Suitable for Beginners and experienced Pilates practitioners. |
Yoga SolThis will be an opportunity to cultivate, tune in and observe the shifts in the body as you move. We use the breath to guide us through the asanas as we work with balance and strength, cultivating a deeper sense of self awareness and self reflection through the practice and the power of movement.
This practice is an opportunity to connect, tune in and observe the breath and the body. We will be working with the power of intention and how we can connect and make our practice more than just the physical by setting intentions and allowing everyone movement to have purpose and meaning. During the class we will be working with the heart chakra , this class is all about celebrating SELF, the whole of you & all of the parts of you. The class will caterer for all levels and beginners are encouraged to join. |
Asana Sessions‘Arm Balance Flow’ is a Vinyasa based flow, with some short workshop style explanations before approaching each arm balance. We will start with some nice warm up stretches, followed by a spicy flow to prepare the whole body (especially the core!) to explore arm balances. Expect to try a handful of balances, including Crow and Crow variations as well as some other fun hand and forearm balances! All levels are welcome but those with yoga experience will get the best out of this practice. The flow will be spicy, the vibe will be casual and laughs will be welcome!

David Harvey YogaLet David guide you through an invigorating Hatha Flow practice.
This will be a slower Vinyasa practice with longer holds to allow you to get deep into poses. There will be a huge emphasis on breathing, with plenty of opportunity for lion's breath to cleanse and let go of stress. This class is designed to build strength in the body yet leave you feeling relaxed. This class will be suitable for all levels, including brave beginners |
Abby Hoffmann YogaThe Rocket yoga method aims to make the more challenging poses of the Ashtanga series accessible to all levels. Sequences encourage a fun, playful, yet strong and invigorating yoga practice. Rocket helps gets you to a place of strength, flexibility and stamina quickly, teaching you the art of modification and how to link breath, bandhas and movement to create flight. Expect fun transitions (arm balances, hand stands) and an invigorating soundtrack.

Kelly BrownIntroducing you to the Hotpod Flow.
Kelly will take you through the traditional Hotpod Flow; a Vinyasa style class suitable for all abilities, including the complete beginner. This class uses urban-chill beats and the rhythmic linking of postures to transport you to a flow like state. Although we can't bring the Hotpod... the sun will be sure to get our temperatures sizzling! |
Tess Bickerstaff YogaTess and the Team from NYC studio will be opening the festival with a vinyasa flow which is a little bit left of centre, a little anarchic, and a whole lot of fun!
